Master Chef

Having been up in Scotland last week, what could I bring back????

A HAGGIS (shot with my own bare hands)

 I entertained my friends George and Barbara, but timing is not my strong point in cooking, 

so, we had a late start, 

but  then I surprised myself with the result, 

I enjoyed it, and they were very polite to say they enjoyed it too.

Haggis tatties and neeps.

George did the washing up, Barb showed me what to do with left overs, not that there was much,

 a fry up for lunch.

She was a bit skinny with the afters I only had about 10 profiteroles

and then we had a wee dram to finish  with.

A very pleasant evening with good friends what could be better..
