"Croque Madam" mk 2





This one is done in an egg ring on a baking tray, for 15 mins at 200c with the cheese going on after 10 mins, and the ring lifted off at the same time. yoke nice a (yummy) runny.





It's a full breakfast of ham egg and cheese, surrounded by toast.
