First attempt with new toy.

This is my first attempt at a sponge cake, with my new toy, it is cooling

Now decorated with Apricot jam in the middle, and butter frosting with blueberries on top

Just had Andrea, Shaun, and Jess round for judging, 

I think they liked it.
